材料:熱水150cc、蔓越莓調味糖漿40cc、黑森林調味糖漿20cc 冰糖銀耳醬75g

Sugar tremella jam with cranberry and mixed burry, flavored with berries, is one of the best choice for quite afternoon tea. 
作法:1、依序將熱水、蔓越莓調味糖漿、黑森林調味糖漿、冰糖銀耳醬加入雪克杯中均勻攪拌。
       Pour hot water into shaker and add in cranberry syrup, mixed fruit syrup, sugar tremella jam then stir them well.
      2、將冰塊加入雪克杯中後雪克,倒入杯中即可。
        Add ice cube into shaker with the mixed drink and shake well, pour it into cup and enjoy.
 
  • 黑糖綠茶凍銀耳露(冰700cc)

材料:綠茶茶湯150cc、黑砂糖糖漿30cc、綠茶茶凍100g、冰糖銀耳醬75g

      Put the green tea jelly to the cup
2、依序將綠茶茶湯、黑砂糖糖漿、冰糖銀耳醬加入雪克杯中均勻攪拌。
Pour green tea into shaker and add in brown sugar syrup and sugar tremella jam then stir them well.
3、將冰塊加入雪克杯中後雪克,倒入杯中即可。
Add ice cube into shaker with the mixed drink and shake well, pour it into cup and enjoy.

材料:熱水150cc、優質冷凍檸檬原汁25cc、果糖30cc、奇亞籽2g、愛玉凍100g、冰糖銀耳醬75g

材料:招牌碳燒烏龍茶湯200cc、冬瓜調味糖漿60cc、冰糖銀耳醬75g
